EN→ESMy only reservations are its performance and price. Looking at the charts above, it’s clear that its performance is average, which probably shouldn’t be the case given that it costs close to three grand. With a retail price of S$2,899, the Spectre x360 14 is not cheap. If getting the most bang out of your buck is a priority, it’s clear that you are not going to get that from this notebook. What you are getting, however, is a stylish and portable convertible notebook that comes with an OLED display and very high specs. And to be fair, a comparable convertible notebook, like a Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 or a Microsoft Surface Pro, is going to set you back almost as much – and those don’t feature OLED screens. To sum up, the Spectre x360 14 isn’t as attractive a proposition as its predecessor was. It’s still a solid notebook, but the competition has improved markedly and options now exist that offer considerably more value for money. And that is hard to disregard. In other words, for most people, there are more sensible alternatives.

But if a notebook that can double up as a tablet is one of your main requirements, then this is arguably the best high-end option. As long as you can afford it.

EN→ES Archive.org versionThe HP Spectre x360 14 is a great long-term investment for anyone looking to upgrade their mobile workstation. You can customize the laptop's configuration on the HP official store site for the optimum balance between power, performance, and design. Of course, if you're not tied to Windows, the Apple MacBook Air with M1 will give you better battery life, better colors, and better photo/video editing performance for roughly the same price. On the flip side, MacBook users looking to move to a Windows-based computer will love the familiar feel of the HP Spectre x360 14's keyboard and USB-C connections as well as the gorgeous FHD and 2K OLED displays. The 2-in-1 convertible form factor is ideal for anyone who wants to streamline their workflow and eliminate redundant devices like tablets; the 180-degree hinges make it a breeze to switch from a traditional laptop to a tablet for watching videos or drawing. While the price is steep, the top-notch components are worth the extra cash in order to keep up with current and next-generation graphics and processing needs as well as internet and wireless connectivity.

EN→ES Archive.org versionI enjoyed using the HP Spectre x360 14. It is not a perfect machine, but yes, it is damn close to perfect. The idea of a beautifully crafted notebook that also performs well is hard to achieve. A notebook like the Spectre x360 would never come cheap and a lot has to do with how HP’s engineers designed this device. Sure, there are many excellent Windows notebooks out in the market but the Spectre x360 14 gets right on many fronts.

EN→ES Archive.org versionBeautifully built and well furnished, the stylish ultra-portable isn't revolutionary in the processor department - an 11th Gen Intel processor is a modest upgrade - but has a supporting cast that elevates the overall experience. 12-hour battery life is joined by dual Thunderbolt 4 Type-C, an impressive quad-speaker sound system, and a gorgeous 3:2 OLED touchscreen that is easily one of the best laptop displays current on the market.

EN→ES Archive.org versionThe HP Spectre x360 (2021) presents a brilliant update on an already excellent laptop, bringing the latest Intel hardware to a stunningly designed 2-in-1 device. It can get a bit loud, and it's expensive – but it looks beautiful, and offers brilliant battery life as well.

EN→ES Archive.org versionWhen we’re evaluating a convertible laptop at the Spectre’s price point, the big question is how it compares to the gold standard of Windows convertibles, the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1. The XPS has a few advantages: it’s a bit thinner and lighter, its touchpad is less stiff, and it has a more modest look that some users might prefer.

EN→ES Archive.org versionIt seems like laptops with 3:2 screen ratios are officially a trend. The HP Spectre x360 14 is the company's first Spectre two-in-one with a taller display than the 16:9 widescreen displays you're probably used to seeing. Acer has already released a laptop and a two-in-one with 3:2 displays and, Thursday Microsoft announced the Surface Laptop Go with the same screen ratio, which it has used on past Surface models too. While widescreens are nice for entertainment, the 3:2 ratio is roughly the same as a standard A4 sheet of paper and has about 20% more vertical viewing space than a 16:9 display.
