Análisis para el Honor 8C

In all honesty, Honor 8C is a tough sell with its Php 7,999 price tag. For the same price, you can get the Realme 3—which has more internal storage, a better processor, a bigger battery, and a better set of camera features. Alternatively, you can opt for the Redmi Note 7 for the same price. Xiaomi’s budget offering comes with a more powerful Snapdragon 660 processor, USB-C, a glass back, and a better set of cameras.

The Honor 8C is a beautiful smartphone in terms of design. It has decent performance and camera quality, and long battery life which is good for people who don’t bring power banks with them. Its drawback, however, is that its display is only HD+. Overall, for the price of PHP 7,999, it’s okay to get this device if you are more into aesthetics, but if you’re looking for something better, there are other options out there.

At a starting price of Rs. 11,999, the Honor 8C is just a normal smartphone with a notch and an attractive design. The performance is good, battery life is brilliant, but the cameras and HD+ screen is just average for the price and the plastic body is not impressive. The Honor 8C is available exclusively from Amazon.in. To summarize, here are the pros and cons of the smartphone.

Priced at Rs 11,999, Honor 8C is a decent option if battery and basic day to day usage is your primary concern. The phone offers a smooth experience when it comes to running apps like facebook, Whatsapp, Youtube and internet browsing . The phone's battery also lasts for a day without asking for battery juices to be replenished. If camera is your primary concern, then you might consider other options such as Realme U1 and Redmi Note 6 pro.

The Honor 8C is a good phone to consider if you’re not much of a power user. While the phone does look good because of the colour treatment, the presence of too much plastic might put people off, but it really should not. The performance, at least on paper, is almost as good as that of the Redmi Note 6 Pro, but the latter is visibly more responsive across the board. It’s fine if you’re not much of a heavy user, as the battery life is particularly good on this phone.

The Honor 8C does little to stand out in a segment populated by highly competent smartphones such as the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 (Review) and Nokia 5.1 Plus (Review). Honor has tried to deliver a solid all-rounder, but in doing so, has produced a phone that does not excel in any particular area.

The Honor 8C seems to be an important product for he company but it doesn’t offer anything new other than the chipset. Its display and design aren’t up to the mark as expected from Honor smartphones. An IANS report suggests the Honor 8C will be priced around Rs 15,000. If so, then the smartphone will face fierce competition from phones like Realme 2 Pro and the newly launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro.
