EN→ESThe LG Gram Pro 16 2-in-1 is in a competitive market with its roughly $2,000 price point for top-end configurations. You don’t get to the “world’s lightest 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop” without costing some serious R&D, so while the cost isn’t shocking, it does mean that you have some solid alternatives if a little extra weight or dropping the 2-in-1 form factor doesn’t bother you. Still, there’s no question the Gram Pro 16 2-in-1 belongs among our best ultrabooks and best 2-in-1 laptops, but it comes up shy of the best laptops. The mushy trackpad, overheating, and price point are the biggest downsides to me. The rest of it comes down to the Gram Pro hitting good, but not great, numbers outside of that astounding OLED display.

It’s easy to carry from place to place, has a healthy battery life to keep from being tethered to a wall outlet all day, and that brilliant OLED is captivating, impressing us throughout each benchmark and casual user test. That said, disappointing performance and unpleasant audio make us wary of its large price tag. For $2,099, you could buy the Apple MacBook Air 15 M2 (a lightweight laptop with fantastic audio and a rich display) or the 2023 HP Pavilion Plus 16 (a Windows machine with a slim design, laudable battery, and clear screen) and still have plenty of cash left over. The only thing you'd be missing is a touchscreen, which can also be had via the impressive Lenovo Yoga 9i Gen 8 or the surprisingly practical Asus Zenbook Duo for less money. None of these options boast a display quite as large as the Gram Pro 16, however, so if screen size is a big sell for you, this 2-in-1 could be worth the extra money.

At 3.08 lbs. / 1.4kg, this laptop that turns into a tablet might not be too thick and heavy for extended use for note taking and drawing. It’s powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor with up to 32GB RAM and 2TB storage. The 3K OLED 120Hz display is stunning and it supports touch and the included full size pen. It competes with the HP Spectre x360 16” and Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360.

The LG Gram 16 2-in-1 is incredibly thin and light while packing in a gorgeous 16-inch high-res OLED display. It’s meant for people who want a lot of screen real estate but don’t want to carry around a thick and heavy laptop. In that respect, the LG Gram 16 2-in-1 delivers, although it had some important flaws to consider before you go out and buy it.
