 OMAP 4470

El OMAP 4470 es un SoC (System on Chip) de cuarta generación desarrollado por Texas Instruments (TI) para el uso en teléfonos móviles y tablets. El chip de 45 nm incluye núcleos de Núcleos de CPU dual ARM Cortex-A9 funcionando a 1,3 GHz hasta 1,8 GHz en un conjunto de instrucciones ARM v7 y motor ARM NEON SIMD (Single Instruction, Multiple Data).

El SoC integra un GPU SGX540 PowerVR con frecuencia de 277 - 384 MHz, que puede utilizar el mismo controlador de memoria de 400 MHz de dos canales LPDDR2 que los dos procesadores core. Comparado con el OMAP 4430, el 4470 tiene una frecuencia más alta, tanto en el CPU como en el GPU.
