The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G’s overall battery score places it in the Top 10 of our entire database. It is a very well-balanced device, providing more than 2.5 days of autonomy when used moderately, a good charging experience, and decent efficiency. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G’s performance was mixed during the on-the-go tests, with strong autonomy for social apps, but low autonomy when using GPS navigation. The 67W charger filled up the large 5000 mAh battery in 58 minutes and 58 seconds, which is very fast for the Advanced segment. A 5-minute quick charging boost yielded a good autonomy of 6 hours and 19 minutes. The charge was also very efficient. The device had good control of discharge currents when comparing the entire database, with lower-than-average consumption in most uses. But discharge currents were only average for the segment, with a high consumption noted when using GPS on the go. Compared with other devices in the Advanced segment ($200 to $400), the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G’s overall performance was ranked among the best, with charging and efficiency ranked above average...

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G isn't a phone I can recommend wholeheartedly. But the low asking price means you should still consider it if you're not in a position to spend buckets of cash on a new phone. Arguably the Note 11 Pro 5G's makes a mistake by not offering Android 12 out of the box, but the phone’s 67W charging speed beats the majority of similarly priced handsets. Like the Redmi Note 10 Pro, an awesome display on the Note 11 Pro 5G also makes up for a lot of flaws. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is going up against a lot of low-cost competitors like the iPhone SE,, the Samsung Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A33 and a pair of options from OnePlus (the OnePlus Nord 2T and OnePlus Nord CE). And that’s before the arrival of the Google Pixel 6a in a few months time. Here’s how this Redmi phone measures up to the competition.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro is a strange phone that’s likely a victim of the ongoing global chipset shortage. This trend of 2022 phones that are inferiorly specced compared to their 2021 counterparts isn’t exclusive to Xiaomi phones. Redmi’s main competitor Realme is experiencing similar with its Realme 9 series. That said, when you take away the context of past and present (and a global crisis), the Note 11 Pro 5G is still a good phone at a good price. Its screen is excellent for watching videos, its design both looks and feels premium for the price – much better than the Poco X4 Pro 5G’s – and it has exceptionally good battery life. Gamers should definitely look to last year’s Poco F3, an absolute bargain with Snapdragon 8-series power. Anyone after a better camera should consider the Realme 9 Pro+, which edges ahead thanks to its stabilized lens and superior video capture. But for binge-watchers after refined styling, the Note 11 Pro still has its place.

That the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is no top model is evident when the press release points out that the Snapdragon 695 chipset delivers “smooth and reliable performance”. When not even PR people can presume to say that a phone is fast, we’re looking at the undeniably slow end of the spectrum. You’re not paying for top performance either. What you’re paying for is, first and foremost, a 108 megapixel camera, 5G and a 120Hz screen in FHD+ resolution. Unfortunately, the built-in limitations mean neither the camera nor the screen really comes to any advantage. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is still not a bad phone. But the prioritisation of the goodies isn’t very practical.

So for the price of Php 15,999, it offers capable performance, long battery life, a smooth and sharp Super AMOLED screen, and a whopping 108MP main sensor, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G pretty much carries the same vibe as last year, but it lacks the hype. Although you will get what you paid for if ever you want to purchase this device, it just lacks the value that it offers like last year’s Redmi note 10.

So yeah, as I said at the beginning of this video, I do think that the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is the best value-oriented phone in the sub-20K category in India or sub-40K in Nepal for now. And I forgot to mention it earlier, this is also a 5G phone with over 13 5G bands, which makes it more future-proof too. The only couple of caveats with this phone as far as I can tell is that its cameras are just ordinary, it still runs on Android 11 and you will probably not receive more than 2 OS updates.

There’s a lot to like about the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, such as that pleasant 120Hz OLED screen, great battery life, IP53 rating, and good daytime shots with the 108MP main camera. There are a few downsides to this year’s Pro model too, such as the older version of Android, video quality topping out at a measly 1080p/30fps, and an Android skin that’s more annoying than it needs to be. Don’t mind spending a little extra? Then the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (£399) warrants consideration too. Samsung’s brand-new mid-ranger isn’t as fast on the charging front, but you’re getting a faster processor on paper, a much longer update policy, OIS on the 64MP main camera, and an IP67 rating.

So, should you buy the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G? Well, if you use your phone mainly for browsing the web and snapping photos every now and then, it is a great option to consider. You also get great battery life and media watching experience thanks to an awesome screen and pretty good speakers. Let’s not also forget the 3.5mm audio Jack and microSD card slot, which are rare nowadays. Previously, Xiaomi’s MIUI software stood as a major gateway, stopping many users from trying out their phones, but that’s less of a reason nowadays. Navigating through menus and using the phone’s features is easier and more intuitive. If you want a phone that can produce good video quality and can handle graphically intensive gaming, however, then you should take a look at some other options out there.

This Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G review covers the follow-up to one of 2021’s best phones, the Redmi Note 10 Pro. That was a classic budget phone, with strong cameras, a lovely screen, and a slick curved glass back. However, though it found a good place on our list of the best cheap phones and best Xiaomi phones, it was a 4G device, not a 5G one. Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 11 Pro gains 5G, but we are not yet at the point where 5G can be added without sacrifices at this price. This phone has significantly worse secondary cameras than the Note 10 Pro, making it feel like a less special Android than its predecessor. It also loses 4K video capture, with any camera, which is likely a limitation of the Snapdragon 695 chipset. However, let’s appreciate what we get with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. It has the same primary camera hardware as the Note 10 Pro, albeit with slightly different processing behaviors and less consistent results. Night images are decent at the price if you use the dedicated low-light mode, but general image quality is not as good as the Google Pixel 5a’s.

Xiaomi’s Note Pro series gains 5G but loses some of what made its predecessor appealing. Its camera array is far more ordinary, and the Snapdragon 695 can’t offer 4K video and HDR support. The magic has gone, but this is still a solid Android phone for budget buyers.

Its design is probably the best I’ve seen in this price bracket and the all round performance makes it easy to recommend. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is a solid Android phone with a bunch of admirable features that improve your day-to-day experience. Its speakers are decent, charging is fast and battery life is particularly good in the 60Hz display mode. Add a great screen and the matte glass rear delivers a touch of class that’s often missing at this price. However, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G lacks the ambition, the stand-out appeal, of some of Xiaomi’s last-gen phones. Its processor is far weaker than that of the Poco X3 Pro or Poco X3 GT, which becomes clear when playing more demanding games. The camera is a significant downgrade compared to the last-gen Redmi Note 10 Pro, with weaker secondary cameras and poorer image quality from the main camera despite the use of the same hardware.

As far as cheap phones go, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is definitely one of the better ones out there. It's fantastic value for money even if it's not that different to last year's handset. The performance may not quite be up to scratch and the operating system has its flaws but those are the only noteworthy complaints I have about it. Other than that the 6.67-inch screen is big and bright, the battery lasts for ages, and the camera system can take some really nice shots when the lighting is right.

This is one of the successors of last year's widely popular Redmi Note 10 series. Today we are going to test the gaming performance of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G.

The Note 11S offers quite a bit for its $300 price , and as long as you aren't running 20 apps at once or playing high-powered graphical games, then you should be just fine with the processor and performance of the phone. It has great looks, solid build quality and seems to be a much more capable phone than we used to buy at just $300. Since we spend so much time interacting with the display on our phones, the high refresh rate in both of these phones sets them apart from other phones in this price range. The AMOLED display, decent speakers, and headphone port make these solid phones for media. As long as you are not looking to capture professional photos on your phone, then the Redmi Note 11 Pro or 11S are some of the best affordable phones we have tested in 2022.

With the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Xiaomi has decided to play it safe. That's not a bad thing necessarily considering last year's Redmi Note 10 Pro offered huge upgrades, but Xiaomi could have done more to differentiate the phone. While the phone has slightly faster internal hardware and better charging tech, it doesn't differ in any meaningful way to its predecessor. In fact, the design isn't as good as last year, and the camera is worse off thanks to the lack of 4K video recording. Then there's the software situation; with the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G running Android 11 and slated to get just two version updates, it is on an equal footing with the Redmi Note 10 Pro. With a lot of alternatives readily available, I can't help but feel that the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is a poor showing in this category. The Realme 9 Pro+ gives you more value for your money as it has Android 12 out of the box, and you get better cameras. The Redmi Note 10 Pro is still the default choice if you don't care about 4G, and if you need to switch to 5G, the Realme 9 Pro+ is the obvious alternative.

I'm not sure what Xiaomi has done in order to cut the cost down on its $329 Redmi Note 11 Pro, but it’s not apparent in the form or function of this stellar budget smartphone. With decent performance, a quality 108MP main shooter, a stunning 120Hz AMOLED display and fantastic battery life, the Redmi Note 11 Pro raises the bar on what a more affordable Android smartphone can do — putting some flagship smartphones to shame. Not everyone will get full use out of flagship smartphones like the iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy S22 or Pixel 6, so it’s understandable they turn to the budget smartphone market. But the people that do will be pleasantly surprised with the flagship perks phones like the Redmi Note 11 Pro deliver anyway, albeit at a subpar level in some departments such as processing power, OS sustainability and camera capabilities. Regardless, you’d be hard pressed to find a more affordable smartphone option with these specs, and the phone cover that Xiaomi throws in with the Redmi Note 11 Pro is just the icing on the cake.

Xiaomi has delivered yet again with their Redmi Note series. The Redmi N0te 11 Pro 5G is a worthy successor to the AndroidHeadlines Editor’s Choice 10 series device from last year. The hardware design has great improvements, the processor delivers better performance, and has 5G connectivity and you now get an ever faster 67W charging brick in the box. Xiaomi did not mess with the display, battery capacity, great-sounding speakers, headphone jack, or the multitude of connectivity options. There are a couple of small compromises, namely the lower resolution macro camera and lack of 4K video. The first one isn’t too meaningful because the main camera with 2X digital zoom produces better output than the macro camera in my experience. The only big drawback then is the inability to record 4K video. On the plus side, you get great hardware, excellent ergonomics, a beautiful screen, good performance, lots of RAM, 67W fast charging, NFC, and stellar audio. Main and ultrawide camera performance is quite good as well for still photography.

Our Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G review for the Philippines reveals a phone that has a lot of overlap with Xiaomi’s other, more premium offerings, though there’s still plenty to like here. The phone’s above-average processor, camera performance as well as insane battery life make it a solid mid-range choice for people looking for a phone that’s a bit better than the brand’s other budget offerings. Xiaomi hasn’t officially announced local pricing for the new phone, but the 6GB/64GB variant has a global price of $329, which, when directly converted comes out to around 16.9K.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is another strong budget offering from Xiaomi, though it offers a package that’s perhaps too similar to the excellent Redmi Note 10 Pro, with the same display and much the same camera system. It would have been nice to get more than a small boost to performance, faster charging and 5G connectivity this time around. Meanwhile, the Note 11 Pro 5G’s camera has actually regressed in certain respects. Overall, though, that’s still more than enough to make the Note 11 Pro 5G one of the best phones available for less than £300. Compared to contemporaries such as the Poco M4 Pro 5G and the Nokia X10, it’s faster, has a better display, takes sharper photos, and charges more quickly. While Redmi could be accused of treading water with the Note 11 Pro 5G, it’s really on the brand’s budget rivals to catch up.

For RM1399, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is charting into new territory for the Redmi series. That’s a pretty big leap up from the RM1099 of the Redmi Note 10 Pro. You get faster charging, 5G and a faster chipset, but you also sacrifice the significantly better 5MP telemacro camera. It might be unfair to compare the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G versus the Redmi Note 10 Pro, and I guess the recent chip shortage might have resulted in increased costs for Redmi. But even then, the Redmi Note 11 Pro (non-5G) gets a rather major downgrade from its predecessor when it comes to performance, while being offered at the same price. The only main advantage of this year’s Redmi Note 11 Pro duo is the 67W fast charging. In all honesty, I am not really liking the way the Redmi Note series is heading, and hopefully we will see it steered in the right direction once again soon.

Unfortunately, that otherwise tempting offer is marred by a few finer details that might give prospective buyers pause for thought. While the performance of the Snapdragon 695 5G isn't abysmal, we've also seen some better in this tier. Camera performance is decent but lackluster, and the 1080p30 limitation is almost unforgivable. If you're not in the market for a 5G phone or aren't that particular about screen refresh rates, you might as well grab the more affordable Redmi Note 11S — though the latter model offers less, it doesn't overpromise and underdeliver. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has a starting price of $329 in the US, which gets buyers the 6GB/64GB memory and storage configuration. The price goes up slightly at $349 for the 6GB/128GB option and $379 for the 8GB/128GB configuration, but both options remain highly affordable compared to higher-end phones.

Stay tuned for future updates regarding the official tag. For our thoughts, honestly, it didn’t stray away much from its predecessor, but its upgrades in faster charging, overall performance, 120Hz refresh rate, and 5G connectivity seem like practical improvements that a lot of users would want to have. It’s more than enough for its price, making this another bang-for-your-buck device from Xiaomi. We highly recommend it unless the lack of 4k video recording is a deal-breaker for you.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is a smartphone with an updated stylish and practical design, slightly more advanced hardware with support for 5G, as well as fast 67W charging. True, it’s not better in everything than the last generation, but this mainly concerns cameras. In terms of photo capabilities, everything remained on the same level, except for a more simplified module for macro, but in terms of video, the Note 11 Pro 5G disappoints. Otherwise it is the same mid-range smartphone with a large high-quality AMOLED display and 120 Hz, excellent battery life and stereo sound. In addition, it offers newer up-to-date software, and therefore it will be supported by the manufacturer for longer.

Comentario
Qualcomm Adreno 619:
