There's also the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ (Review), the Nothing Phone 2a (Review), and the Samsung Galaxy A35 (Review). While all of these phones are priced similarly, they do not offer the same performance as the F6. The same story applies across the board regarding battery life. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ does offer an IP69 rating, whereas the Realme 12 Pro+ gets a usable third telephoto periscope camera, which is unheard of in this price bracket. I'd suggest the Realme 12 Pro+ or the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ if you want a better camera setup. Those looking for a better or unique design should look at the Realme 12 Pro+, the Galaxy A55, or the Nothing Phone 2a.

Wrapping up, I’m confident to say that the F6 indeed lived up to POCO’s reputation of offering budget-friendly, high-performing devices. This year’s iteration of the F-series lineup gave us design changes, improvements for performance, and overall value-for-money. While areas to improve in biometric recognition and my own personal software gripes were there, the pros outweigh the cons.

Para quienes vienen del mundo Windows y buscan un 2 en 1 premium, la Surface Pro 11 es posiblemente la mejor opción del mercado. Ofrece lo mejor de tablet y portátil en un solo equipo con pocas concesiones. Para quienes vienen del mundo Mac / iPad como yo, puede ser una opción interesante, pero hay que estudiarla bien. Las limitaciones de compatibilidad entre ecosistemas y la falta de integración con dispositivos de Apple (no ofrece el mirroring y las funciones que sí integra para los móviles Android, por ejemplo) son obstáculos.

El POCO F6 Pro es el mejor ejemplo de que no hace falta gastar una gran cantidad de dinero para tener un móvil de la gama más alta. Los milagros no existen: la cámara sigue siendo algo justa y el chip no es el último del mercado. Pese a ello, pocas propuestas en calidad-precio se me ocurren mejor que esta en el caso de que lo que primemos sea la potencia bruta. Respecto al modelo del año pasado, tenemos un modelo con mejor acabado, más potente, con más resolución en su pantalla y con un sistema de carga rápido demencial (con cargador incluido, punto importante en los tiempos que corren). Una evolución más que lógica que tan solo puede verse empañada por su propio hermano menor: el POCO F6. Este año Xiaomi ha creado un móvil F "de acceso" tan equilibrado que decantarse por el modelo Pro no es una decisión sencilla.

Un dispositivo muy completo que combina perfectamente un diseño elegante y bonito con una ficha técnica importante, entre los que destaca su potente procesador Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 y la alta experiencia que ofrece tanto a la hora de jugar a títulos de peso como de realizar diferentes acciones. Además de por su potencia, el buque insignia de la submarca de Xiaomi destaca por su pantalla AMOLED con 120 Hz, su autonomía y carga rápida que permite tener el 100% de la batería en menos de 20 minutos y el buen rendimiento de las cámaras. Aunque hay dos cosas que hemos echado en falta en el POCO F6 Pro: no viene con eSIM ni con carga inalámbrica. Aun así, es un smartphone a recomendar para aquellos que busquen un terminal redondo, con un buen rendimiento y a un precio de 500 euros; aunque, eso sí, se encuentra en un rango de precio con mucha competencia.

La batería en ambos tiene la misma capacidad, pero el cargador incluido es de 90W, así que estamos hablando de que le costará algunos minutillos más pasar de 0 a 100%. Sobre el papel la gran diferencia de las cámaras entre el POCO F6 Pro y el POCO F6 es que este último se deja en el camino ese macro tan prescindible.

Gamers will enjoy blazing through Genshin Impact and other quality titles, with Xiaomi's HyperOS gaming mode to help out. And the Poco F6 Pro's camera setup is also good, as long as you don't mind boosted photos with richer tones. You don't get a telephoto lens, but that quibble aside, you'll capture good looking pics and up to 8K video.

The decision to go for last year's premium Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, in particular, has been well placed. The chip still offers amazing performance. Plus, Xiaomi has done a great job with cooling and sustained performance as well. On top of that, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 offers excellent connectivity and flagship features. It should cost a bit less than the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship, and those savings are seemingly passed along to the end user. The Poco F6 Pro is an excellent device with few compromises and deserves our full-hearted recommendation.

Xiaomi:

Estas tarjetas también deben ser capaces de aguantar todos los juegos actuales, pero  la mayoría de ellos en configuraciones de detalles medios y bajos y con bajas resoluciones. Juegos más antiguos, o menos exigentes todavía pueden ser jugados con buena calidad de gráficos.

Qualcomm Adreno 735: Chip gráfico para smartphones y tabletas, integrado en el SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.

Qualcomm Adreno 740:

Chip gráfico para smartphones y tabletas integrado en el SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 de Qualcomm. Qualcomm afirma que es un 25% más rápida que la Adreno 730 del Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 y las primeras pruebas de rendimiento muestran que la GPU puede superar a la iGPU Apple A16 (hasta ahora la GPU más rápida para smartphones).

Qualcomm Snapdragon:

SD 8s Gen 3: SoC (System on a Chip) de gama alta para smartphones que se presentó en 2024. Entre otras cosas, integra un rápido Cortex-X4 "Prime Core" de hasta 3 GHz y 4 rápidos núcleos Cortex-A720 adicionales de 2,8 GHz. Para ahorrar energía, también se han instalado 3 núcleos ARM Cortex-A520 adicionales con 2,3 GHz. Se han integrado un módem 5G, WiFi 7 y un motor de IA significativamente más rápido.

SD 8 Gen 2:

SoC de gama alta para smartphones que se presentó a finales de 2022 con un rápido núcleo principal basado en una arquitectura ARM Cortex-X3 que funciona hasta a 3,2 GHz. Otros dos núcleos de alto rendimiento se basan en el A715 y también solo admiten aplicaciones de 64 bits. Los otros dos núcleos A710 también admiten aplicaciones de 32 bits, al igual que los núcleos Cortex-A510 de bajo consumo. Además de los núcleos de procesador, el SoC incorpora un módem WiFi 7, un DSP Hexagon (para aceleración de IA) y un ISP Spectra. El controlador de memoria integrado admite memoria rápida LPDDR5x de hasta 4200 MHz. El chip incluye 5G con el módem Snapdragon X70.
