Hewlett Packard ha evitado de nuevo cambiar el exterior de la tercera generación del EliteBook Revolve 810. Sigues llevándote un convertible premium hecho de metal metal. El teclado es otro punto que nos atrajo mucho. Sólo se encuentran cambios en el interior. Los modelos G3 del EliteBook van equipados con procesadores Broadwell. No sólo permiten más potencia de cálculo y gráfica, sino que también aumentan mucho la duración de la batería. Un SSD M.2 mucho más rápido asegura un sistema rápido. Los modelos de la primera generación del EliteBook usaban SSDs mSATA. Normalmente el convertible funciona en silencio con un mínimo de producción de calor. Gracias al módem LTE, el dispositivo permite acceso móvil a internet o a la red corporativa. El ordenador viene con una tarjeta SIM (prepagada) que funciona de inmediato. No pudimos encontrar nada de qué quejarnos respecto al display. HP instaló un brillante display IPS de rico contraste.
Todo junto, Hewlett Packard ofrece un convertible bien diseñado que no muestra debilidades reales. Sin embargo, tiene un precio alto: Casi de 2,200 a 2,300 Euros es el precio de nuestro dispositivo de pruebas. En nuestra opinión es demasiado caro. Un convertible de equipamiento similar como el Fujitsu Lifebook T935 cuesta unos 200 Euros menos.
