Contra
El GL702VSK es un portátil que intenta abarcar lo máximo posible. El dispositivo trata de integrar componentes de alta gama y elevado rendimiento en un chasis portable. Y aunque el portátil es más portable que otras bestias gráficas de 17.3 pulgadas en el mercado esto hace que la gestión de rendimiento y de temperatura tengan que ser más agresiva. Es una pena; sin ello el dispositivo sería fantástico. El teclado es bueno y agradable de usar, la selección de puertos es adecuada y el dispositivo es bastante delgado y ligero. La inclusión de una Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 y una pantalla 120 Hz G-Sync permiten jugar de forma suave y con geniales efectos gráficos. El precio relativamente bajo (unos 1700 dolares) hacen que el dispositivo sea más atractivo. No encontraras más potencia por este precio.
Las altas temperaturas son el enemigo del GL702VSK. Debido al diseño y a la gestión de temperatura, la CPU y la GPU pueden parase ya que no tienen espacio suficiente para obtener aire fresco. Nos habría gustado un diseño más elaborado, pero esto puede ser imposible dado el tamaño y el peso del dispositivo.
El GL702VSK pretende ser un potente dispositivo que los jugones puedan mover sin perder posibilidades. En este aspecto el portátil es un éxito. Aunque no consiga el mismo rendimiento bruto que sus rivales, es más ligero, delgado y portable. Hay otros portátiles de juego compactos, pero suelen tener una pantalla más pequeña y la experiencia es peor.
A pesar de los problemas con la gestión de calor, creemos que Asus lo ha bordado con el GL702VSK. El dispositivo ofrece una excelente experiencia en juegos con resolución FullHD sin mayores problemas, debido a ello, recomendamos el Asus GL702VSK para jugones que busquen una máquina potente a la vez que portable.
